Meet Our Providers

Michael B. Harris, M.D.

Dr. Harris received his medical degree from the Louisiana State University Medical Center in New Orleans in 1999.  He completed Family Medicine Residency at Bayfront Medical Center in St. Petersburg, FL. in 2002, followed by a fellowship in Primary Care Sports Medicine at Charlton Methodist Hospital in Dallas, TX.  He practiced medicine in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho for nearly 10 years before he and his wife returned to Florida in 2011.  While in Idaho, he competed in the Coeur d'Alene Ironman in 2005, 2006, and 2007.  His interests outside of medicine include running, cooking, drumming, woodworking, and welding.  He and his wife Heather have 4 children.

Cody Phillips MD 

Dr. Phillips received his medical degree from Mercer University School of Medicine in 2019. He completed his Family Medicine residency at the University of Florida in 2022. Special interests in medicine include diabetes, mental health, and MSK treatment. Outside of medicine, he is an avid golfer, and also enjoys soccer, basketball, and disc golf. He is married to his wonderful wife, Taylor, and loves spending time with her and their three fur babies, Sasha, Zeus, and Dobby. He is very excited to be staying in Florida and joining this practice.

Carol Putman Smith, INHC-C

Integrative Nutrition Health Coach Carol Putman Smith has been in the medical field for over 35 years.  She received her degree as a Medical Laboratory Technician in 1990 while living in her home state of Alabama.  When she relocated to Panama City Beach in 2003, she worked alongside Dr. Terry Ullmann to open and establish Ullmann Family Medicine, which eventually became Healthpoint Medical Group.  Carol graduated from IIN in 2017 and enjoys coaching patients to regain their health through integrative techniques, such as diet, exercise, stress reduction, sleep enhancement and more.  In her spare time she enjoys cooking  and hanging out at the lake with her husband Tim, their son and cat.

William (Tony) McClung APRN-BC

Nurse Practitioner "Tony"  McClung received his medical training from the Air Force.  He retired in 2014 after a 29 year career there.  His education includes two Bachelor of Science degrees in Nursing (Excelsior College) and Secondary Education (University of North Alabama).  He also has two Master Degrees in Education (Auburn University) and Nursing (Florida State University).  He is certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner by The Colleges of Nursing.  Tony is an avid University of Alabama football fan and enjoys jogging, fishing,  riding Jet Ski and vintage Mustangs. He, his wife Debbie, and family are members of St Andrews Baptist Church and enjoy living here on the beautiful Emerald Coast.

Ronda Speir Toole, APRN

Ronda was born and raised in middle Georgia and has decided to make the Florida panhandle her home. She received her undergraduate degree in nursing in 1993, and graduated Summa Cum Laude from Georgia College and State University in 1999 with a Master of Science in Nursing. She is certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Center. She brings over 24 years of knowledge and experience in the medical profession. Her focus has been Internal Medicine, Family Practice, Obstetrics and Gynecology, and Community Health. 

In her personal time, Ronda enjoys sunset walks on the beach and fishing with her husband. She also enjoys spending time with her daughter and her growing family.

Mallory Sullivan APRN

Nurse Practitioner Mallory Sullivan is a native of Panama City, FL, and has been a nurse for over 12 years working locally in surgical services, home health, and gastroenterology. She graduated from Troy University with her Masters's in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner in 2022 and joined Healthpoint Medical Group shortly after. She is board certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners as a Family NP. In her spare time, Mallory enjoys staying active with her husband, Philip, and two sons, Webb and Mac. Her hobbies include spending time outdoors, gardening, and practicing reformer Pilates. Mallory is passionate about promoting health and wellness through patient education and positive lifestyle changes and is looking forward to providing care to the patients in our area.
