Michael B. Harris, M.D.
Dr. Harris received his medical degree from the Louisiana State University Medical Center in New Orleans in 1999. He completed Family Medicine Residency at Bayfront Medical Center in St. Petersburg, FL. in 2002, followed by a fellowship in Primary Care Sports Medicine at Charlton Methodist Hospital in Dallas, TX. He practiced medicine in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho for nearly 10 years before he and his wife returned to Florida in 2011. While in Idaho, he competed in the Coeur d'Alene Ironman in 2005, 2006, and 2007. His interests outside of medicine include running, cooking, drumming, woodworking, and welding. He and his wife Heather have 4 children.
Richard Ellis, D.O.
Dr. Richard Ellis completed his Family Medicine residency at Piedmont Columbus Regional in Columbus, GA. After residency, he completed a sports medicine fellowship at Auburn University. He was a prior Assistant Battalion Surgeon/Battalion with 1st Battalion, 3rd Marines in Kaneohe Bay, Hawaii.
He enjoys surfing, fishing, traveling and spending time with his wife, Amanda and their two dogs, Riley and Melvin. He is excited to be joining the practice and is currently taking new patients.
Carol Putman Smith, INHC-C
Integrative Nutrition Health Coach Carol Putman Smith has been in the medical field for over 35 years. She received her degree as a Medical Laboratory Technician in 1990 while living in her home state of Alabama. When she relocated to Panama City Beach in 2003, she worked alongside Dr. Terry Ullmann to open and establish Ullmann Family Medicine, which eventually became Healthpoint Medical Group. Carol graduated from IIN in 2017 and enjoys coaching patients to regain their health through integrative techniques, such as diet, exercise, stress reduction, sleep enhancement and more. In her spare time she enjoys cooking and hanging out at the lake with her husband Tim, their son and cat.
William (Tony) McClung ARNP-BC
Nurse Practitioner "Tony" McClung received his medical training from the Air Force. He retired in 2014 after a 29 year career there. His education includes two Bachelor of Science degrees in Nursing (Excelsior College) and Secondary Education (University of North Alabama). He also has two Master Degrees in Education (Auburn University) and Nursing (Florida State University). He is certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner by The Colleges of Nursing. Tony is an avid University of Alabama football fan and enjoys jogging, fishing, riding Jet Ski and vintage Mustangs. He, his wife Debbie, and family are members of St Andrews Baptist Church and enjoy living here on the beautiful Emerald Coast.
Crystal McVay ARNP-C
A true native of Panama City Beach, FL, Nurse Practitioner Crystal McVay has been an RN for over 10 years. During her nursing career she has worked in various fields such as ER, Dialysis, and most recently wound care. She received her undergraduate from Grand Canyon University in 2015, and went on to obtain her MSN from South University in 2017. She is certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practioners as an Adult- Gerontology NP. In her spare time, Crystal enjoys spending time with her daughter Abbi. They love the beach, boating, and fishing.
Adam Richardson ARNP-C
Nurse Practitioner Adam Richardson graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of North Alabama in 2008. Upon receiving his degree, Adam went to work as a nurse in the Emergency department and Intensive Care Unit of Baptist Memorial Hospital. In 2010, he went on to work at Huntsville Hospital as a nurse in the Cardiac Care units. This experience has resulted in certifications from the American Heart Association in Basic Life Support as well as Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support. Adam’s next accomplishment was to graduate with a Masters in Nursing from Troy University in 2014. With that, he began his career as a Family Nurse Practitioner. joining Healthpoint Medical Group in January 2017 . In his downtime Adam enjoys spending time with his wife Amy and son Ollie, as well as flying as a private pilot.
